Super italienisches Konzept..

A superb Italian concept. Implemented from start to finish. The room facing the piazza was fantastic. With the window open, you had a real holiday feeling. At breakfast, the crowds were like a swarm of bees, but that wasn't really an issue... However, I don't want to know what it's like on vacation. We were completely satisfied with everything and would gladly come back a third time 😁

As expected, the hotel was perfectly organized, and the reception staff were extremely friendly and competent. You can check in and out in advance using the app. The entrance to the park is a two-minute walk away. Unfortunately, the parking garage was completely full when we arrived, but there are plenty of parking spaces at the other hotels nearby.

An absolutely beautiful hotel all around. Compared to resorts in Las Vegas, this one is meticulously designed down to the smallest detail. I've been to various themed hotels around the world, but I've rarely experienced one that truly embraces its style. Well done, Mack! And it's been that way for so many years. (Except for breakfast, which is a normal, good four-star standard.)

I was there as a day guest without staying overnight. There are a variety of treatments that can be booked online in advance. On-site, you can use the relaxation and sauna area, as well as the pool, before and after the treatments. It was quiet and very quiet and clean.

Nice pool, great to relax in the evening after the park
Top Pool Wenn auch nur noch 27 Grad

Great pool Even if it's only 27 degrees
Wie immer wieder ein traumhafter Aufenthalt. Auch außerhalb der Park öffnungszeiten.

As always, a wonderful stay. Even outside of park opening hours.
Very nice hotel, with a large selection of restaurants.
Magnificent decor, pleasant room. The dinner and breakfast buffets are very reasonable. The pool is fantastic. The big plus: access to the park is a 2-minute walk away, 30 minutes before it opens to the public.

An absolutely great spa with super friendly staff. Our treatment included a fruit plate, sparkling wine and chocolates. In my opinion everything is priced right and the individual areas are kept nice and clean. Definitely highly recommended, even without a hotel stay, just as a day spa.
We were there as part of a carnival event. Like everything in Europa Park, TOP The theme runs through the entire house, every room, every toilet, everything with small details. The service is first class and courteous.
